REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sammy Maina Kariuki (ID/3359929), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.410 and 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title Nos. Nginda/Samar/Block I/1392 and 1373, respectively, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
