THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gilbert Moore Titus Ottieno and (2) Juanitta Adhiambo Ottieno, both of P.O. Box 49983, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/8536/14, situate in Nairobi County, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 29542/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
