REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Local Authorities Pension Trust Registered Trustees, of P.O. Box 28938–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor freehold ownership of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 406/III/MN, situate in the North East of Mombasa Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered under title No. C.R. 10461, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
