REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Rotich Cherop, of P.O. Box 68, Marigat in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor interest of all that piece of land containing 0.354 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru/Lengenet/1162, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
