REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gichane Muchiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.475 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 14/Kamune/1967, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 777 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letter in favour of Bernard Muchiri Kimaru (ID/3398500), of P.O. Box 228, Murang’a, and whereas the said land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Bernard Muchiri Kimaru (ID/3398500), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gichane Muchiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
