COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned plan was on 13th August, 2024, completed. The development plan relates to the land situated in Ongata Rongai Township. The copies of the plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Director of Physical Planning located in Kajiado Town. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all interested persons at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Any interested person(s), organizations or entities who wishes to make any representation or objection to the above-mentioned development plan may send such representations in writing to be received by the County Director, Physical Planning, P.O. Box 11– 01100, Kajiado not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this Notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 13th , 2024.
