THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NAIROBI COMMERCIAL AND ADMIRALTY DIVISION INSOLVENCY PETITION NO. E56 OF 2024 IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT

NOTICE is given that a petition for the liquidation of the above- mentioned company by the High Court was on the 30th July, 2024 presented to the said court by Benson Musyimi Mutisya and 36 Others for unsettled debts amounting to KSh. 58,256,206.42 and the said petition is directed to be heard before the High Court sitting in Nairobi on the 14th October, 2024, and any creditor or interested party or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose and a copy of the said petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
