NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the Principal Secretaries in the Ministries listed herein below who delivered the undermentioned vehicles for repairs/modifications at Raptor Automotive Motor Works Limited and the vehicles have been lying there uncollected as tabulated herein below– Principal Secretary in the Ministry of: Motor Vehicle Registration Number Make Left Since the Year Co-operatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development GKA 080 H Nissan Hardbody Pickup February, Office of the Deputy President, State Department for Devolution GKB 895 K GKA 264 E Toyota Landcruiser Pickup Nissan Patrol August, July, Ministry of Health, National AIDS and STI Control Program (NASCOP) GKB 393 M Toyota Prado February, The above listed Principal Secretaries are given notice that the vehicles need to be collected from Raptors Automotive Motor Works Ltd., Pate Road, Off Lunga Lunga Road, before Nestle Kenya Limited, Nairobi, upon payment of all outstanding charges within thirty (30) days from the date of publications of this notice.
