NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1948, in Volume DI, Folio 217/1229, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Kuntai Kariuki Nkarara, formerly known as Edmund Kariuki alias Daniel Edmund Kariuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Edmund Kariuki alias Daniel Edmund Kariuki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kuntai Kariuki Nkarara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kuntai Kariuki Nkarara only.
