NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 12th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 706, in Volume DI, Folio 167/746, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Susan Wanjiru Kamau (guardian), on behalf of Tiger Kamau (minor), formerly known as Martha Njeri Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Martha Njeri Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tiger Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Tiger Kamau only.
