NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 20th June, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1110, in Volume D1, Folio 1260/3684, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Kehlani Aurora Kashun, of P.O. Box 38424– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Edna Chepng’eno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Edna Chepng’eno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kehlani Aurora Kashun, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kehlani Aurora Kashun only.
