NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 299, in Volume B-13, Folio 2363/21398, File No. 1637, by our client, Maleeka Sonnie, formerly known as Malikah Muthoni Mwololo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Malikah Muthoni Mwololo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maleeka Sonnie, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maleeka Sonnie only.
