NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 792, in Volume D1, Folio 196/1020, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Joseph Rotich Siangole, formerly known as Samuel Rotich Siangole, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Rotich Siangole, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joseph Rotich Siangole, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joseph Rotich Siangole only.
