REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Ngugi Gatonye and (2) Margaret Wanjiru Gatonye, both of P.O. Box 396–10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all those parcels of land known as L.R. Nos. 2872/147, 2872/148, 2872/146, 2872/137, 2872/136, 2872/139 and 2872/145, situate in Nanyuki Municipality in Laikipia District by virtue of certificates of title registered as I.R. 72415/1, 72416/1, 72414/1, 72410/1, 72409/1, 72412/1 and 72413/1, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of title have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
