REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Madin Clearing and Forwarding Limited, of P.O. Box 99146–80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0901 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as L.R. No. 12056/I/MN, registered as C.R. 35161 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
