REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Evans Gitahi Mwangi, of P.O. Box 555, Ol’Kalau in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 377/562, situate in South West of Lake Bolossat in Nyahururu District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 41542, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
