REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dave Kipkorir Langat (ID/7698192), of P.O. Box 23, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.082 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kericho County, known as Kericho Municipality Block 5/159, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
