REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rudiah Wambui Charagu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, known as title No. Kiganjo/Gachika/1698 situate in the district of Gatundu and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E402 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Peter Kahuthu Charagu (ID/16091640), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the grant document and issue land title deed to the said Peter Kahuthu Charagu (ID/16091640), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rudiah Wambui Charagu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
