REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wachuka Muigai (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.591 hectares or thereabout, known as Kamahuha/Maragua Ridge Block 1(Kiambaa)/80, situate in the district of Murang’a and whereas the Court at Kenol in Succession Cause No. E104 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Samuel Gicovi Njeru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the grant document and issue land title deed to the said Samuel Gicovi Njeru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Wachuka Muigai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
