REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kuria Kahiu (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.35 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 16/Kiarutara/98 situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. 374 of 2000, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Francis Maina Kuria “A” and (2) Francis Maina Kuria ‘B’, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the grant document and issue land title deed to the said Kuria Kahia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kuria Kahiu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
