THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbene Kanguru (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.740 hectare or thereabouts, known as Gichugu/Settlement/Scheme/2917 situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. 130 of 1994, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) David Munene Mbeene (ID/28833006) and (2) Grace Membi Mbene (ID/24770144), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) David Munene Mbeene (ID/28833006) and (2) Grace Membi Mbene (ID/24770144), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbene Kanguru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
