THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Infinite Quest Marketing Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 68.5 hectares or thereabout, known as CIS Mara/Olkinyei/842 situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the piece of land was previously registered to Kijoku Ololkupai, the bonafide member of Olkinyei Group Ranch, and whereas the said claims that he never sold the said piece of land to the said Company, Subsequently the transfer from Kijoku Ololkupai was procured through misrepresentation and without following the known laid down transfer of land procedures hence an outright fraud, and whereas several notices have been issued consequently to Infinite Quest Marketing Limited to surrender the said land title deed issued but have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to revert the said land back to the rightful and lawful owner Kijoku Ololkupai, and upon such the land title deed issued earlier to Infinite Quest Marketing Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
