THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sinapha Shira Ngeny (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nandi/Koibarak ‘B’/1181 situate in Nandi County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E58 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Isaac Kimaiyo Limo, and whereas all efforts made to revover the said land register and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission and issue the land title deed to the said Isaac Kimaiyo Limo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sinapha Shira Ngeny (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
