REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shee Omari Gogo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Shimba Hills/2013 situate in Kwale County, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E193 of 2023, has vested the property to (1) Bakari Omari Shee and (2) Suleiman Omari Shee, as trustees, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Shee Omari Gogo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Shee Omari Gogo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
