REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shabbir Husseinbhai Mohamedali (ID/3348628), of P.O. Box 42892–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kajiado North, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/44352, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas vide Court Order dated 4th June, 2024 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Ngong ELC Case No. E19 of 2024 (O.S) Robert Waihenya Ngugi (ID/11669534) was authorised to make an application for reconstruction of green card, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register and the missing land register will be deemed to be of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
