NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB57, in Volume B-13, Folio 2375/21529, File No. 1637, by our client, Emily Ndiko Njung’e (guardian), of P.O. Box 149–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Melissa Waithira (minor), formerly known as Melissa Waithira Karanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Melissa Waithira Karanja, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Melissa Waithira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Melissa Waithira only.
