NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 326, in Volume DI, Folio 226/1305, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Maggie Wanjiku Mukuru, of P.O. Box 27–01028, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Margaritta Wanjiku Mukuru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Margaritta Wanjiku Mukuru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maggie Wanjiku Mukuru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maggie Wanjiku Mukuru only.
