NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 11th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 897, in Volume DI, Folio 237/1415, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mercy Waithira Mungai, of P.O. Box 668–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mercy Waithira Githitu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mercy Waithira Githitu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mercy Waithira Mungai, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mercy Waithira Mungai only.
