NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 506, in Volume DI, Folio 231/1346, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Peter Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 143–20300, Laikipia in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peter Kanegeni Ndegwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Kanegeni Ndegwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Ndegwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Ndegwa only.
