NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1046, in Volume DI, Folio 241/1450, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Zipporah Chebichii, of P.O. Box 55– 30307, Mosoriot in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Zipporah Chebichii Kiprotich, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Zipporah Chebichii Kiprotich, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zipporah Chebichii, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zipporah Chebichii only.
