NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 3, in Volume B-13, Folio 21517/2374, File No. 1637, by our client, Prudence Vanpelt Jared Okelo Otieno, formerly known as Prudence Vanpelt Okello, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Prudence Vanpelt Okello, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Prudence Vanpelt Jared Okelo Otieno, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Prudence Vanpelt Jared Okelo Otieno only.
