NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 27th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 412, in Volume DI, Folio 412/4020, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Mohamed Sugow Issa, formerly known as Mohamed Ali Hassan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Ali Hassan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Sugow Issa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Sugow Issa only.
