NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 537, in Volume DI, Folio 921/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Abdikadir Hadija Rashid, of P.O. Box 8768– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hadija Ismael Rashid, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Hadija Ismael Rashid, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdikadir Hadija Rashid, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Abdikadir Hadija Rashid only.
