REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salim Said Sherman, of P.O. Box 86503–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership of all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXI/43, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.F. 42287, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the piece of land has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
