REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ndege Omuso, (2) Onyango Omuso and (3) Chrispo Othieno Shem Okech, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as Kanyamkago/Kawere I/1256, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Migori in E.L.C. Case No. 10 of 2017, has issued a decree ordering the name of (1) Ndege Omuso, (2) Onyango Omuso and (3) Chrispo Othieno Shem Okech be cancelled and reverted to its original owner (1) Ndege Omuoso and (2) Onyango Omuoso, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land title deed issued to (1) Ndege Omuso, (2) Onyango Omuso and (3) Chrispo Othieno Shem Okech if not surrendered for cancellation, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
