REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Wambui Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 751–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/11388/11, situate in the south of Nairobi Municipality in the Nairobi Extra Provisional District, by virtue of certificate of title and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
