REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josphat Muchere Marete, of P.O. Box 525, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, as Director of Inuka Afrika Properties Limited, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.37 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Chakama Phase II/2248, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a certificate of lease as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
