REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bethuel Muikamba Mbuthia, the administrator to the estate of Dishon Mbuthia Njuhigu alias Mbuthia Njuhigu (deceased), of P.O. Box 188–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kiambu County, registered under title No. Ndumberi/Ndumberi/1010, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
