REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Karia Kugua alias Karia Kugwa alias Andrew Karia Kugwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the county of Kiambu, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block 1/280, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E137 of 2021, directing the name of Karia Kugua alias Karia Kugwa alias Andrew Karia Kugwa (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Mary Nyanjiru Wambugu (ID/7910828) and (2) Emma Wanjiku Karia (ID/22292116), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Karia Kugua alias Karia Kugwa alias Andrew Karia Kugwa (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Karia Kugua alias Karia Kugwa alias Andrew Karia Kugwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
