WHEREAS Josephine Wanjiru Kamau (ID/4437586/67), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kwale County, registered under title No. Kwale/Kiwegu Jego/49, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
