THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Onesmus Ochieng Adol, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.8096 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 3/331, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. E361 of 2023, has directed that the name of Onesmus Ochieng Adol be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Ochieng Otieno Martin, (2) Joseph Omondi Ochieng, (3) Anne Joan Akinyi Ochieng, (4) Michael Mark Ojero and (5) Stephen Adol Ochieng, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Onesmus Ochieng Adol has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument L.R.A 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Onesmus Ochieng Adol, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
