REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndagara Njagi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mbeti/Gachuriri/1189, situate in the Sub-county of Mbeere South, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in Succession Cause No. 341 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Justin Nyaki Ndagara (ID/8600231), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name Ndagara Njagi (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the name of Justin Nyaki Ndagara (ID/8600231), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndagara Njagi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
