NOTICE is given that a final creditors meeting of Ukwala Supermarket Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company) will be held virtually on 20th December, 2024 at 11.00 a.m., in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015 for the following purposes: (a) To provide a full update of the company liquidation. (b) To present a full account of liquidation activities. (c) To vote on the meeting to be the final meeting. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not be a member.
