NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBS 119K, Mercede-Benz, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle from Labenz Autowork Garage located along Gilgil Road, within thirty (30) days from date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accumulated parking/storage charges together with the costs of the publication in any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed by the way of public auction and proceed of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without further notice.
