Box 58621–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ashley Bahati Lime, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ashley Bahati Lime, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ashley Bella Mwamuye Lime, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ashley Bella Mwamuye Lime only.
