NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1010, in Volume D1, Folio 913/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Peter Kimaiga Aganyo, of P.O. Box 450, West End Ave, Apt 38, North Plainfield, NJ 07060, USA, formerly known as Peterson Kimaiga Aganyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peterson Kimaiga Aganyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Kimaiga Aganyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Kimaiga Aganyo only.
