NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 179, in Volume B-13, Folio 2386/21647, File No. 1637, by our client, Catherine Mueni Kyengo, of P.O. Box 40266–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Catherine Mwongeli Kyengo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Mwongeli Kyengo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Catherine Mueni Kyengo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Catherine Mueni Kyengo only.
