NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 116, in Volume B-13, Folio 2387/21659, File No. 1637, by our client, Noah Otieno Meyo, of P.O. Box 86114–80100, Mombasa in the Reublic of Kenya, formerly known as Noah Hezron Otieno Meyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Noah Hezron Otieno Meyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Noah Otieno Meyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Noah Otieno Meyo only.
