NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 6th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 414, in Volume D1, Folio 560/1001, File No. MMXIV, by our client, Winsome Chepkoech Suter-Worbes, of P.O. Box 2137–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sharon Chebet Suter, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sharon Chebet Suter, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Winsome Chepkoech Suter-Worbes, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Winsome Chepkoech Suter-Worbes only.
