NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 362, in Volume D1, Folio 326/2835, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Margaret Njoki, formerly known as Margaret Njoki Gitau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Margaret Njoki Gitau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Margaret Njoki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Margaret Njoki only.
